These giant metal white flag poles have cropped up all over South Florida. Usually along highways. I-95 has one in north Dade, near NW 155st I think. There is one along the Florida Turnpike between Golden Glades and the Hollywood Exit. And there is one on Griffin Road way out west of I-75. That is the one I took photographs of today.

I stopped to take some close ups of the base. Holy crap do they have a mess of thick cables going inside!

I’m sure it is just cellular antennas disguised as flag poles to present a better image, and not disturb the beauty of our highways. I mean, who wants cell phone antennas blocking the view of our fifty-three other antennas, the gray concrete barriers, giant bill boards and signs as well as all the other beauty of our sacred highways!

Or…….it could be MIND CONTROL POLES!!! All part of a plot to control the minds of Americans!

Ah….nope. First. Americans don’t have minds to speak of. Second, they are already controlling us through the media, TV, advertising and the economy. So, that war was already lost decades ago.

No, these are just plain cell phone towers. That’s all.

Yes. That’s OUCH!  All they OUCH! Are. Damn, I can’t write about these lovely American Flagpoles any longer. Every time I think about them OUCH I get this pain in my brain OUCH that smarts! You know, for some reason I think Dick Cheney is really cute, don’t you?

Holy Crap!!! I’m home today, goofing off, and turn on MSNBC cable network to catch the latest news, and there is a funeral! Live! Apparently, Princess Diana has died!!!! There’s  a coffin, a bunch of crying wackos, really sad droning music and ….wait a minute….didn’t she die ten years ago???? What the hell is this then????

This isn’t what I would call breaking news…running a repeat of a ten year old funeral! What the hell???

Holy crap. MSNBC is apparently forgoing any news and spending the whole day reliving the funeral of some rich English “royalty” gal who died in a car accident ten freaking years ago!!!

Give it up people! She’s dead already! Move the hell on already!

I mean, damn, it isn’t like she was Elvis or something……..
