Well, January 1st, 2012 I vowed to lose weight. Today, exactly one year later, after concentrated efforts, I weigh four pounds more than I did a year ago.
I also did not seem to be able to bring about World Peace or free Oreo cookies for everyone. Bummer.
This year, I vow to…….nothing. Zip. Nada.
I’m just going to take every day by itself. Maybe every hour even.
I’ll like to resolve that I will never blog about politics on my blog. I probably have better chances with the weight thing though.
So, no New Year resolutions for me. Just a brand new day every morning and another day to try to be a better me.
I wish all of my friends, readers, enemies and even those of you who work in bloated government, a very happy 2013.
